"The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. "The condo has a pretty view and good layout. It is in need of some updating with the LR, dining and patio furniture and decor as they are dated and deteriorating. The 2nd bathroom, although convenient to have, is a little dangerous with the high step in and out. The kitchen is a great size and nicely updated, except for the refrigerator which also needs replacing. The owner is really sweet, helpful and responsive.
